Non-traditional advertising can take many forms. Creativity is the only thing holding up the next big campaign. I stumbled upon a great video from TNT that builds drama with the push of a button.
Getting the consumers attention is not easy, this type of marketing gets your brand noticed on the streets and on the web.
Creative Agency is Driving Excitement with Non-Traditional Marketing.

Creating Excitement with mobile marketing vehicles is easy as 1,2,3.
Creating a memorable experience is easy to do with the Brandstand. There is one vehicle that is ready to hit the road in only a few weeks flat and that’s the Brandstand. Each Brandstand is custom built to the customer’s specs and allows the brand it represents the ability to grab passersby's attention using Sight, Sound, Touch and now Scent.
HardyHarris Media and Marketing has teamed up with one of the nations leading scent delivery solutions to offer thousands of scents right on the Brandstand. Does your Brand use sent to attract or define itself? Now your Mobile Marketing Campaign will not only have legs but it will have noses as well.
You've got the crowd. ENGAGE THEM!

Developing a Marketing Plan can take Months and Thousands of Dollars. We have all read articles about how important it is to create tangible goals and document them.
Goals are a must have for any marketing team to prove the ROI of a campaign. When we put together a plan for our team or our clients we make sure to document, Long-Term Goals, Short Term Goals, Strategies and lastly a set of tools to measure the actual results.
There is one thing that sometimes is overlooked and creates amazing results that were not projected. Creativity, I came across a story of difference that I thought I would share here.
There is a new restaurant that has opened up in Charlotte near where we work called Harry’s Grille & Tavern. They have not been open long, less than a month. During that time they have had a Burger on the menu that reads “Under Construction” It has caught my attention the few times when I have been in to eat or have a beer.

They talk about the burger being an Amazing, however they were not sure of the day it would be unveiled. I think I know the day… Tomorrow, April 10th 2012. Harry’s has said that the burger comes from Lafrieda Meats in New Jersey and that it will be the best burger in town. Can that be true? There are tons of burgers in Charlotte so how can one stand out? Creativity, The Food Network is airing a show at 11:00 pm tonight called the “Meat Men”.
The Show promises to talk about why the Lafriada Burger is so good and why "YOU NEED HIS BURGERS".

Knowing that the Food Network was about to introduce Lafrieda Meats to the Public the next question is Where can I get one? After making a few Phone calls I was suprised to find out that Harry's Grill and Tavern is the only place in Charlotte that will be selling the Lafrieda Burger.
It's important for a Brand to make a buzz in their arena and that can be a daunting task at times. I thought that Harry's use of National Exposure was very Creative from a marketing standpoint. We wish them the best of Luck and we will be in soon to try the Lafrieda Burger.

P.S. The Food is very good and they Have a great selection of local Beers.
Recently I was at one of the big box store's and happened accorss a new Grill/Smoker. I'm not sure if the Marketing team picked the worst possible place for thier info sheet highlighting thier infrared burners.Yea, I'm sure they did.
The fact sheet is zip tied to the top of the grill grates so even if you wanted to look at the infrard burners you can't.
Sometimes getting a second opinion or just standing back from a project is needed to make sure that the objectives are meet. The best part of this example is the great space on the bottom of the cover.

I know it's not the best picture, My phone has defenitly taken better.

HardyHarris is an event marketing company that specializes in mobile marketing vehicles and other OOH Strategies.

Recently Lucas Oil Products and MAVTV launched a new initiative to capture lead information while engaging fans of racing.
With Taglines like “Real Speed, For Real Men” MAVTV and Lucas Oil needed a tool that could deliver an exciting experience for fans at Off Road Racing, EnduroCross, Dirt Late Model, Lucas Pro-Pulling, and ASCS Sprint Car events across the country.
They turned to Brandstand to develop and build a interactive marketing solution that would be as exciting in the crowds of fans as the action on the tracks. In order to accomplish this Brandstand developed four interactive touchscreens that inform about the MAVTV programming and allow race attendees to instantly send emails to their cable providers asking for MAVTV where they live. At the same time attendees are entertained with promotional videos on two 32” HDTV’s under the canopy and a 42” Pantel HDTV that are specifically made for outdoor useon top of the Canapy.
Using the highway-towable mobile marketing vehicle only makes sense to a brand that says “Faster is Better”. Events happen all over the Country and they needed marketing tools that can keep up with the fast pace of racing.
My question is this relationship going to evolve to the development of the Brandstand-MAVTV Missile? And if so will the Rapid-Brand™ panels be visible at those speeds?

Taking Brand Info On The Road
by Adam O'Daniel, Finance Editor
Friday, January 6, 2012
Jeff Miller is taking marketing to the streets.
As founder and president of HardyHarris Media + Marketing, Miller focuses on a niche he calls mobile marketing. He uses a product called Brandstand to help clients transport their products and services to street festivals, ball games and other events. The Brandstand is a portable booth that can serve as a bar or kitchen, a station for watching TVs or a countertop with computers connected to the Internet.
How do you use a Brandstand?
Companies and marketing agencies use Brandstand at events, fairs, festivals, trade shows, sporting venues and more to feature and promote a company's brands, products and services while providing interaction with fans and event attendees. Companies are using Brandstand to capture valuable marketing information from prospective customers using onboard touch-screen kiosks. Whether it's product demonstrations, beverage sampling or community outreach, all companies can benefit from an event-based lead-generation campaign.
Why do you focus your services on mobile marketing?
Technology is changing the way companies use marketing to reach audiences. The shift in advertising dollars away from traditional media - such as radio, television, newspapers, etc. - has created new online and offline opportunities to reach customers. Mobile and event marketing campaigns are a way advertisers can have a direct, personal connection with audiences.
What's your outlook for your business in the new year?
Mobile and event marketing in general is expected to grow significantly in 2012. Brandstand is positioned well to continue the growth we have experienced over the last several years.

Merry Christmas from HardyHarris Media + Marketing!
As 2012 approaches, we look back at one of our most successful years, while looking forward to the exciting possibilities that lie ahead. We wish you, your family and friends a safe holiday season.
